The sunshine being bad for your hair? - danger!!89 - 06-25-2009

Alright its summer time which means i play football 4 times a week during the day. I've mainly been wearing hats during the month ive been wearing during sports. But lately its been Waaay to sunny and hot. I'll be playing in scorching sunlight will that be bad for my hair? I dont know if i can bare to wear anything to cover my head the way weather has been. Also i only attached 2 days ago i did play football once and its itching uncontrollablely i dont want to unattach after 2 days because my clean up attachment takes forever and i end up slightly damanging the piece every time hairs lost etc. Any advice on itchiness?

After playing football, do you wash your head with the hairpiece on or do you remove the hairpiece and wash it seperately? I can imagine that removing the system after every single exercise may be time-consuming and kinda annoying.
