(first custom order w/ Toplace, live in the US). I was told to expect 7-8 weeks when I ordered back in August. I needed a new one by Thanksgiving, and I went with Toplace because they gave a faster delivery estimate than other companies I compared.

About 6-8 weeks is the average. I would suggest emailing John for an update on your system.

Hi Silvan,
It will ship this week. It was your first order and your template and hair sample had to be sent to the factory and that took extra time. And holiday orders are heavy. I’ll provide tracking asap. Thank you.
