color matching - hendrik123 - 11-12-2017 Hi, if i send in a hair sample. How does the color matching happens? Is the sample compared to the different available colors or how does it work? And if the color is for example between #3 and #4, does the factory use 50% #3 and 50% #4 or do they color the hair especially for me? Kind Regards Hendrik RE: color matching - ToplaceUSA - 11-12-2017 Hi Hendrik, The sample is sent to the factory. They put it under a microscope to determine the exact color and tints in your hair sample. If your hair sample is between 2 or more colors the factory will blend the two colors in whatever percentage your hair sample is. The factory would like a hair sample that is a clump about 1” long and the diameter of a pencil. Many people can’t do that much so just do the best you can. Please send the hair sample (and template is you’re ordering a custom unit) to: TOPLACE USA PO BOX 577 WAYZATA, MN 55391 USA 888-986-7522 Thanks, John |
