It's working---I've gotten several emails this morning. You're in Italy and I wonder if there is something wrong on your end. The last email from you was received on 2/2/10. I did you receive your template and hair sample. Please try again at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a><!-- e -->. Also, you can call the toll free number (1-888-986-7522) if you can't get through via email. I'll send you and email too.
