CT scan on head.. - beersnob76 - 03-30-2014

I am having a CT scan ran on my head in a couple of days, I'm using french lace and an all tape attachment, does anyone know if I need to remove, I'm really hoping not...

Hi beersnob, I had an MRI scan done and it was not an issue at all... you could double-check by simply phoning the place you are having it done, and asking ....no need to give your name..just say you`re phoning on behalf of a person who`s having it done ... they won`t need any personal details from you in order to answer your question..it`s a simple ` yes or no` answer!
Interestingly, there are health-risks associated with a C.T.scan:

An M.R.I. scan is different : http://www.alliancemedical.ie/types-of-scan/mri-scanning

No, a piece will no affect any scan. X-Ray, CT, PET, MRI, 64 slice CT, CAT, etc.
