John, I know of a person who got a cut-in in this lady`s salon in Berlin a while back:
Gisela Zöhner and the phone number is 030 4058 2727 Comes highly-recommended so hopefully still in buisness etc.

No problem John ..if there are any problems with that, just let me know and I`ll e-mail the person who lives in Berlin and get the actual address .... as far as I know, the place doesn`t have an e-mail address / website, but that phone number should be valid..cheers.
