Where abouts on the system is that?
It doesn't look like the crown.
Years ago I used to get thinning patches behind my recession, until I realised they were from where I put my reading or sunglasses on my head.

Hi,

I would look at trying lace, instead of skin(possibly the sweating/heat build up/not being able to rinse scalp daily, is making your scalp itchy which in turn is making you scratch your piece).
My scalp is very sensitive and lace bonded with tape on the perimetre is the best base i find for sensitive skin.Im sure i would have issues with a skin base or anything else that doesn't breathe, but that just me,there are many skin wearers who are very happy with a skin piece.
