MRI Scan - delight77750 - 07-15-2013
I was just wondering if one can undergo an MRI Scan of the head, whilst wearing a lace hairpiece with tape. Would it in any way impede the quality of the images? Or would the Scan simply see through it, and it not have any bearing on it. Thanks in advance.

You can relax delight77750, as wearing a lace system makes no difference to the image ..... I had one done a few years back and told the machine operator I was wearing ...she said it made no difference..the machine takes the image from just inside the skull and is unaffected by the fact that you have a system on your head.
