i have had a small tear in the frontal lace ..is it possible to repair it at home and its an SFS lace?

It's hard to do it undetectably if it's on the hairline. If the tear runs back from the hairline into the base, sew it up with invisible thread until within about 1 centimetre of the front, to stop it getting any worse, and then just rely on glue or tape to keep the two sides in place.
