Is there anything out there that will actually reduce the amount of oil the body produces (especially forehead)?

Yes! Large doses of pantothenic acid! (vit b5)
Can't remember what does I used but it's roughly 2-5 grams daily. (google it first don't take my word for it)
It dried my skin allot. Problem was it caused chapped lips etc and sore skin due to no moisture. It's slows down sebaceous gland production.
