Looking for cut-in in OH-PA are - Shreeve - 12-10-2011
Ive been at this for a few years and been using the same person to cut my pieces in. I think it may be time for a change, but it's so hard to find anyone. Does anyone have a suggestion near Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Columbus?

Here is instructions for cutting-in a piece that shown to any barber, down the street or stylist should be able to follow and accomplish! This is the way I cut -in my units . It's not hard to do !
But this place will also cut in for $30 and Debbie does mail cut-ins also.

and there is one that shows 133 listings complete with address and phone numbers !
