I have never tried the nair method...sounds like it might work fine for the top back and sides of the unit, personally I would not try it on the hairline. The chances of putting random dots of nair on the hairline and making it look natural seems to me anyway slim and none.

One thing I have learned over the years is do not tamper with the hairline.

but then what do i do to make the hairline look natural?

If it only needs a light thinning, try a thinning scissors..... it won`t remove the knots but shortens the hairs leaving it look less dense... don`t get `carried away`though.... it`s ok for `light`/cosmetic look-adjustment.

paul.. no the density of the hair is fine.. its just on the direct hairline itself. it looks like on line of black kinda like toppik. it looks unatural.

I just take some tweezers while the system is attached and pluck sporadically at the hairline pulling out tiny bunches of hair. If you use thinning sheers and cut it short it makes the system to thick at the base in my opinion. This method seems to work for me.

If you are just trying to stagger the density you can soak the knots with a leave-in conditioner and use eyebrow tweezers to pluck the excess hair. Some of the knots will slide right out, but some of the hairs will break, in which case you simply grab it a second time and it should remove the entire knot.

Be careful doing this with swiss lace.
