I just picked it up at my local hair piece salon. I recall them using it on my piece back when I went to them. I remember getting 2-3 week bonds with it.
Anyone use it?
Best way to describe it:
It has holes in it. It has blue backing on one side and white backing on the other.

I think thats a line of proflex tape. Sounds very familiar. Im pretty sure its that, just renamed or whatever for retail. If you look at hairdirects site, I think ull see it.

Yep, it is the Proflex tape.
I feel its awesome! Even better than blue liner. Has anyone tried this Proflex tape versus ST-30?
How do they stack up against one another?
