Help with mistake on hairline bond - expriest - 07-30-2011 I accidentally put the glue too far ahead on my forehead so I have sticky skin about 1/8" past the lace, and I have some of the hair (up to 1/4") stuck down on the scalp/glue. What's the best way to get rid of this? I am trying ghost bond for the first time and it feels like it really took hold. Looking forward to seeing how long it bonds, but I'm bummed about the front ![]() Thanks RE: Help with mistake on hairline bond - Paul In Ireland - 07-30-2011 Just simply release the hairs from the glue by spraying a bit of lace-release onto a cotton pad and dab at the hairs [ rather than spraying it liberally thus risking loosening your `good` bond]----you just need to release the trapped front hairs. Then carefully dab on glue-melter [on a cotton pad] to the `unwanted`/ excess glue on your forehead , allow it a few mins. to work, then wipe it off with the pad....... Paul. |
