Afraid of rollercoasters - paco71 - 01-04-2011 I have just spent three days in Disneyland Paris, have overcome my (irrational) fear of rollercoasters and what helped me was really simple and stupid. I wore a hooded sweatshirt on the rides and pulled the strings tight :-). It was really cold and a lot of people had them so it didn't look weird one bit. Have a nice day. Paco. I don't think that would work at disney world in orlando, during the middle of august. ) RE: Afraid of rollercoasters - michaelg - 01-04-2011 LOL funny you said that. I was a bit paranoid the first time on a roller coaster that went for about 3 minutes of upside down- incredible speeds. I dipped my head down most of the time so the wind would always hit the top of my head. when it was done i immediately put my baseball cap on til i could check it out in a mirror. :-)) RE: Afraid of rollercoasters - jeffsxyz - 01-06-2011 Two products: blue liner tape and #10hold gel (the garnier texture one) 15 blackbirds, a whirling helicopter, 10 babys hands and the wind and ride of a coaster could not pull it off yer head PLUS, when you texture with this gel, drive in a convertable or go into gale force winds...yer hair ain't moving.
