Hair in Freezer to Remove Tape Residue - Encouraged - 09-19-2009

Has anyone tried putting their piece in the freezer to harden the tape, for easier removal and less mess?
I read about this on another site. Made me wonder if it works AND if it causes any damage to the piece...being in the freezer. Wonder if it dries it out prematurely.

Thoughts?

I haven't a clue, but would make one funny story if someone went to get something out of the fridge.

I tried it out. One piece it worked alright on. The other it didn't help at all.

I'm gonna paint one of my styrofoam heads to look like a real frozen head and pin a full cap on it when everyone comes over to my place for Halloween.

I feel sorry for the first person to try to make themselves a jack and coke.

Seriously though, I've heard this but never tried it. Maybe I need to give it a shot.
