hi there all i was wondering if i can order a different hair colour than on your site , i was told that i am colour 2 Ash do u have it and can u post an example of what it looks like

#2 is a dark chestnut brown and the next step darker is off-black (#1B). There is not ash in #2 To get the best color match you should send in a hair sample. That way the factory can match the exact tones in the hair. Once it's on file with the factory you won't have to send in a sample again--it will be used on all your future orders.
