Many do but using glue at the hairline is different class to tape, Yes tape can be used and with the higher densitys were no scalp is shown its not as bad, But in my opinion glue is by far the best for undetechability at the front hairline.

Hey BA, what glue do you use? which glue would you recommend for an exposed hairline?

To be honest its a try it and see what works for you mate, Maybe try the Walker safe grip, Tight Grip, Iglue or basebond, Pretty sure one of them should work for you.
