Los Angeles - cut-in and hair color - jcoors - 10-17-2009
My fullcap is coming in soon, and I'm looking for a quality cut-in in Los Angeles - as well as an expert at hair coloring (the front 1" of the piece is coming in blonde while the rest is dark brown, and I'm going to need the front dyed dark without making the knots dark).
Is there someone any of you could recommend?
