Full Cap over existing hair? - the7thson - 12-11-2009

Hi all I have been using 2 small partials for 6 mths this year to cover my reccesion however I play a lot of live gigs and act on stage and was curious as to whether or not it would be possible to have full cap and attach it over my own hair? This way enabling me to have differing hairstyles for differing ocassions.

Is this possible?
What base would be best for this use?
And how could I attach it?

Thanks guys

Why don't you go for a fullcap permanently? Or a larger base?

Its hard psychologically, but with the benefits...you'll adjust.

For a temp fullcap, get a tight skull cap or get your existing hair braided. Then wack it on, but its going to feel loose...as you will have to attach onto your neck and not skull.

Women do it all the time, but the appearance of a high density is much less of an issue with them.

It's possible if you keep your own hair short and go with a longer full cap, but it isn't going to work if your existing hair is long, especially if you are attaching a shorter style full cap. If I remember correctly Andy who used to post here ended up switching to a full cap after he wore one for an acting gig. He posted a pic and it looked great.
