Do you still offer Rush Orders for an extra fee? What is the turn around time?

Yes, you can still place a 'rush' on an order. It cost $40 and it reduces the normal delivery time of approximately 5 weeks by 7-10 days.

Just to get this straight...
I can order a custom piece and with rush delivery, it will arrive in 7-10 days, or is that a stock piece?
One other question... My hair stylist said that next time I get one, get 10% gray in front and middle and 25% gray on the sides. Is that possible?

We can get you a stock piece within 2-5 days. A rush on a custom order will reduce the normal delivery time (approx. 5 wks) by 7-10 days (so approx. 4 wks). And yes, we can do various percentages of gray in any area of a custom unit.

5 weeks for a custom???! That's fantastic John. Seriously, my current hair supplier make me wait 10 weeks... it's a nightmare.
By the way John, I got my template done last weekend and sent it off to BA with the money this week. I'll post pics as soon as I've got it cut and blended...

I'm looking forward to receiving the systems too.
I'll make sure I post pictures so people can see the before and afters... I saw the stock systems at JoAnna's and was dumb-struck. The quality was better than I've ever seen... the lace was quite literally invisible.
