ST-30 info - weird_fish - 10-02-2008 Guys, I used to wear and am considering wearing a partial again. Is the ST-30 tape thin? If so,how thin? Thin enough to be undetectable to the touch like the 3 mil front lace tape? Also, how is the clean up vs. blue tape? Thanks.. Re: ST-30 info - DebbieS. - 10-02-2008 no, it is not as thin as 3 mil. it is the standard 7 mil thickness. it can be worn on the front with proper application. you can see a front hairline on my website at http://www.splitendshairreplacement.com under photo gallery. DebbieS. Re: ST-30 info - weird_fish - 10-02-2008 Thanks Debbie. That picture looks great, completely undetectable. I will be wearing a partial behind a transplanted hairline so visual detectibility is less of an issue with me. I just want something that is easy to apply, is strong, and is easy to clean. I used to use UH glue, which got messy, and I think I want to try an easy-to-clean-up tape this time around. Q: Is this tape easier to apply than the other tapes, or is it the same deal? Also, do u know if this tape can be used with the new thin skin base... Thanks! Re: ST-30 info - DebbieS. - 10-03-2008 The tape applies like any other roll of tape. put the sticky part down and peel off the backing. it is no different as far as application goes. DebbieS. |
