Sending Private Messages...How to? - Encouraged - 10-07-2008
As a newbie, I've tried to send a few private messages but get the pop up message that I am not authorized to send them. I must have missed what is required to be able to do this.
Sorry for taking space on here to ask such a basic question, but can someone point me in the right direction on this?
