Glue off lace as unit is still on your head? - JDHair - 10-30-2008 Does anyone have good advice on how to get glue off sfs lace in the front of the unit as the back of unit is still attached to your head? Thank u Re: Glue off lace as unit is still on your head? - Snipe - 10-30-2008 Tear a page from a glossy magazine and fold it up. Then slide it on the lace and forehead to remove glue. Works like a charm. Re: Glue off lace as unit is still on your head? - JDHair - 10-30-2008 Thank u Snipe. I appreciate your advice Re: Glue off lace as unit is still on your head? - Snipe - 10-30-2008 Also, when sliding the piece when it's off your head, use an open magazine instead of a mirror or hard surface and you will have less wear on your piece. I even use mag pages on my head to get glue residue off when necessary. Re: Glue off lace as unit is still on your head? - JRob - 10-30-2008 Pick up a small roll of stretch wrap that is used for wrapping packages. I have a full sized roll that is used for wrapping pallets that I use. It's SUPER tacky and pulls the glue right out of the lace. You probably don't want to splurge for a full size roll, but try to find a small roll in an office supply store....the tackier the better.
