TomBongi Wrote:Hi Gary

I just received a full cap with the side vented up!!! LOL I spoke with John and he is putting a rush on another order I placed last week and correcting the issues,
He is going to replace this one when the new on comes in. But in the interim I was wondering if you could send me just a couple pieces of temple swatches I can replace in this unit until the replacements come in.
I would need a couple 3x3 inch swatches with 1B color 50% gray at 55% density vented DOWN to tape next to the rest of the unit temporarily The sides are not working as they are. I cannot imagine why the factory would vent the hair UP on the sides (especially since I ALWAYS remind them to vent both sides the same and down.......

Thanks you have my number

I would have made this request to John but it has been my experience you have swatches laying around...

Also, he was talking about another liquid that would help make the lace of a hair system much more resistant so that it would make it harder to rip and therefor almost impossible to tear. I remember reading that they just tried it on cotton and they had difficulty to rip the fabric . Anyone could tell me what it was and if they tried it on their hair system? I'd like to to know if it worked for him/her? Thank you. Den.

It was called tear mender mate, Little difficult to apply and clean up, Fray Check is brilliant and I use it all the time.

Tear Mender you can see here http://www.repairproducts.co.uk/page28.htm you can get it at Wal Mart.

So you think Fray Check does a good job to the hairline but then again, i am not that sure if you liked the other one... Mender Mate; since you wrote: "little difficult to apply and clean up". Isn't the product supposed to stay permanently on the lace since it's purpose is to make the lace resistant and prevent from tearing? Finally, do you think it's a good product to use on hair system to prolong the longevity or better not? thanks, Den.

Re: Ask BA. - ibetalot - 09-08-2009

BA,

I am making a template for a new hp. Here is my question. Should I write all the info on my template, such as density, color, etc. Or should I just send in the template and fill out the order form online? Thanks for your time.

I always send in the specs with the template mate, less margin for error then.
