HELP. Name tag removal. Factory messed up. - Rotax - 11-03-2008 Hi BA- I know accidents happen and all. I need some help. I've had my backup unit stored in the plastic baggy since I got it from you back in July. I took it out this weekend and I was looking it over because I was going to trim the edge of excess lace. I looked at what I thought was the front and was like freaked out thinking what kind of curve is this>!>?!? This will never work for me. Well to keep the story short here, the factory put my name tag on the front instead of the back. The tags look to be stitched on. How difficult would it be for me to remove this tag? Is it possible to cut the stitching with a sharp Olfa type utility knife? Thanks much. Re: HELP. Name tag removal. Factory messed up. - DebbieS. - 11-04-2008 just cut the threads with a seam ripper, manicure scissors or an exacto knife. be careful not to cut the lace...just the little threads that the tag is sewn on with.
