some recent pics - tman30 - 12-03-2008 haven't posted since the old board, so I figured i'd post some recent pics. This is a 6 month old piece that i've been wearing almost every day since I got it. It's holding up pretty good. I know I need to trim down my sides a bit, but let me know what you think. I'm ready to put in a new order and up for suggestions. Re: some recent pics - leamon - 12-03-2008 I think this style, as it is, suits you very well. It's a great look, and the hair is looking amazing (6 months??? wow). Leamon Re: some recent pics - ToplaceUSA - 12-03-2008 Tman30 Looks great! And you've worn it almost daily for 6 months! That style and length suits you well--I don't have anything to suggest. Nice job! Regards, John Re: some recent pics - Rod - 12-03-2008 Can't get much better than that! Nice color and density match. Excellent style. Has it thinned out much over the 6 months and do you use anything special to make it last that long? Re: some recent pics - Goodluck - 12-03-2008 wow.. this is great... style def suits your facecut..very masculine look.. keep it same and and yeah trim the sides but not to much just so that u can get that crisp look ... i love this style because u dont have to worry about hairline too much and actually looks good Re: some recent pics - JRob - 12-03-2008 That's how a topper is done! And six months is impressive. Re: some recent pics - tman30 - 12-03-2008 Rod Wrote:Can't get much better than that! Nice color and density match. Excellent style. Has it thinned out much over the 6 months and do you use anything special to make it last that long? yeah, it's thinned out a bit. But nothing terrible. What's been the biggest problem is that the color fades a bunch every few washes and gets really reddish. But I found that the ADF stuff works pretty well to manage the red tinge. My maintenance is washing it every 4 or so days with only nearly natural and conditioner. I don't use shampoo, it dries it out too much. Re: some recent pics - Goodluck - 12-03-2008 but doesnt shampoo helps to bring out shine ? Re: some recent pics - JRob - 12-03-2008 Goodluck Wrote:but doesnt shampoo helps to bring out shine ? Only if it has conditioning properties. Otherwise it will strip oils and likely dull the hair. They say that you can use conditioner only to wash the hair, but it only works if you do not use styling products. Re: some recent pics - Goodluck - 12-03-2008 humm yeah i do kinda use styling products ! |
