Hi Folks,
I'm ready to wear soon, and will hit the ground running in a week or two.
My main querry is - do most of you shave your balding area completely off, e.g. to a 0 level? or, do you just shave it a bit to a 2? or, do some of you keep some hair and stick the hair piece on top?
It sounds a very basic question, and apologies if it is a bit dumb, but I'm a bit curious about that, as I'm about to begin and I don't know what I should shave it too.

Hi Kevinme,
This is the toughest part for a newbie. You've nutured that remaining hair and it's real difficult to part with it. But the simple answer is: bite the bullet and shave it off. You cannot get a secure attachment and therefore an undetectable look unless the unit if flat against the scalp. Your lace will not disappear unless it's firmly touching the scalp.
