Is full cap warmer on neck than standard wig ? - xiim - 12-30-2008 Hello, I actually wear a 9"x7" wig but during these cold days I am experiencing head/neck aches whenever I go out. Even if I wear hat, scarfs (even 2 scarfs), I still feel cold where there are my hair on nape, while it is not so cold where there is lace wig. Can a full cap be warmer and help protect my neck from cold ? I know it sounds idiot  but they not yet invented a nape-heater for me  Thank You Bye Re: Is full cap warmer on neck than standard wig ? - JRob - 12-31-2008 Anywhere there is hair is going to be warmer. I never realized how much hair serves to keep your head warm until I slept without my full cap on a cold night, hehe Re: Is full cap warmer on neck than standard wig ? - FredTJ - 12-31-2008 JRob Wrote:Anywhere there is hair is going to be warmer. Actually heat loss through the top of the head (head uncovered, no hat, etc.) is one of the major areas that heat leaves the body. Fred |
