for a new wearer - rosco - 12-31-2008

only been wareing for a few years and not getting more than a months ware out of a system at the most. I'm sure a lot of it is just learning but what type of base would you suggest for a new person ?
Oh yeah. I work for a utility company and ware a hard hat every once in a while also and I sweat like a pig in the summer or when I start working hard

Thank you

For a *few years* ???, and you call yourself a "new wearer" ?, lol.

Why doesn't your wig survive ?, the base tears ?

If you sweat you better get lace, maybe french lace ?

Rosco;
tell us more about what type of base you have and maybe we can help you get more time out of your pieces.

I have a feeling that you are coming here from the other place. Rest assured you are in good hands.

Sometimes depending on what type of job you have, It can be beneficial to have a piece for work (The sturdy type that dont require to much maitenance) And something like a all lace piece for other occasions.

I wear the exercise base for working out and during the week as it gives a good strong attachment and swith at weekends, Both look the same to the eye but not when they are off the head so to speak.
