Does antiperspirant function as scalp protector? - Mr.NewYork - 03-03-2009

Open question to vet wearers, does it help to cut back on itch and/or irritation at the taped perimeter and 'open' area under the piece? Or, am I better off applying liquid bandage? ( I'll be wearing lace )

personal preference. if you use antiperspirant, don't make the mistake of buying just a deodorant...it has to have the high antiperpirant qualities to do the job. A good antiperspirant can cost $15, a bottle of scalp protector costs around $5...so you may want to just try that. The liquid bandage also works fine, many do like it.
