NEED HELP, Buckling at front hairline (not a Toplace unit) - MattP51 - 02-12-2010 I just cut a unit in from another source---not Toplace----- and I'm experiencing something strange. I'm no spring chicken, been wearing and cutting in forever. I am getting an EXTREME amount of buckling at the front, so much that there is no way to get it to lay down. I have stretched the hell out of it with no luck. I have removed the "strings" that are sewned in, with no luck. Anyone have any ideas to make this one work? Re: NEED HELP, Buckling at front hairline , BAD - MattP51 - 02-12-2010 I'm just realizing that it lays as flat as a pc of paper. There is no curvature in it at all. Re: NEED HELP, Buckling at front hairline , BAD - ToplaceUSA - 02-13-2010 Matt, Thanks for clarifying that the unit you are having problems with is NOT a Toplace unit. We've exchanged emails about this and I don't want to disclose where you got the bad unit from but it's not a Toplace unit. I've sent out a Toplace unit to you today to replace the unit that is giving you problems----that problem unit was obtained from another source. Regards, John |
