Geithner's Brows - atlantaguy - 03-25-2009 Tim Geithner, the embattled treasury secretary, is a good example that some people with pretty good heads of hair have nevertheless lost most of their eyebrows. From my standpoint, there's just no great solution to brow loss. A transplant has you growing normal hair so you'd need to trim them (not going that route), and the tatooing is too risky from my point of view (but it's at least an option). I am not experiencing brow loss but wish my brows were a little thicker and have looked into this. I think there was a post on hairlosshelp.com about this very subject and several Doctors who do this sort of transplant for men.
