Some people swear by DW, I do because I like and you know it is just drowning the hair in nutrients, that's one reason my units look as good after 4 months as they do new. Other factors in my routine help as well.
Different strokes, just trying to provide all to the masses...

Yea thanks Reubin for recommending the Got 2B Cream Playful Texturize! I picked some up last night and I like it a lot too for a slightly different effect.
Snipe, I hadn't thought about the nourishing effects the dry wax might offer. Does it really help nourish the hair? I wish I could get it to work for me as well as you but it just feels greasy and offers little to no hold.

Try rubbing your finger around the rim, heat up a little bit with your finger and work into the hair.
Don't use very much in the beginning. Then followed up with a little bit of finishing spray I mentioned above.
This will nourish the hair and you'll get the hold you're looking for.
... and yeah it has a better nourishing effect on the hair than anything I've ever used.

UPDATE on the finishing spray, it totally gives flat/matte finish to hair even on top of WW and DW.
