Hi,

My new hair piece arrived and I need some advice.

There are two issues.

One is that its too thick. Will they be able to thin it out then I get it cut in?

Secondly I asked for a natural wave but out of the box it looks like more than a natural wave and looks rather wavy.

Will they be able to sort this out?

Btw its a full lace, 10 inches long. I can loose about an inch in length.

I think Toplace has a return policy if you wish to exchange it. Don't quote me on that though! But I believe they do!

Otis, otis, Otis....they ALL look too curly when they are right out of the box....simply wet it and you will see that the hair straightens right out. It can be thinned out somewhat during the cut-in....density is a hard thing to judge without it being washed, styled, cut-in etc., and remember they shed with time so...unless its extrememly high, I wouldn't worry about it.
