I've always thought there was a huge gap between the service a salon provides and going completely DIY.

This board has been great and all, but it's difficult for some people to learn by just reading. To have the ability to talk and interact with a professional is priceless. I'm a kind of hands on person so it wasn't hard for me to pick it up mainly with the information here, but I have to say that the learning curve is still there no matter what.

This and informational videos are helping to bridge the gap. I would expect that you will see a few more customers that were sitting on the fence by doing this. Props to all of you!
