Wow! I'd have never known that was the area you were covering.

Here's a tip on placement.
If you put it on your head, prior to glue or taping, get it in the right position and then fold the front back and make 2 dots on the base & 2 dots on your scalp, using a make-up pencil.
Then every time you put it back on your head and line the dots up, it will go back in exactly the right position.

With a lace base, I found every 10-14 days was fine for an attachment.
With an ultra thin skin base, its 7-10 days.
