Have you ever visited a doctor about your hair loss OP? From the photos I'm not really sure you have straight out MBP, it looks quite thin and sparse all over which would indicate some other underlining problem.

I'd go visit a specialist and get a few tests done, see if there isn't something else causing it that you may actually be able to address.
