Thanks I had considered it, I only use very small cut outs from the custom piece, so I'll cut a bit out and try bleaching it.

No idea, I sent pictures to John he told me it was dye and to try cleaning it, which of course made no difference.

I received my piece but unfortunately the lace is a brownish colour where the dye has stained the lace making the piece unusable, is there anyway to save it? thanks.
