The 75% is wet or has hair product in it--that makes a difference compared to the 65% which is dry. Also lighting can change the way a unit looks. Regards, John

We're running approximately 5-6 weeks on custom orders with delivery in the USA (longer for international orders). A rush is $40 and reduces this time by 7-10 days.
