Hair Direct closes - ToplaceUSA - 02-02-2022
Hi Everyone,
Today Hair Direct (hair direct.com) announced that it is closing it's business. This is significant. They have been in business for 26 years and were the main player in the hair replacement business. A combination of financial stress and 2 years of the Covid pandemic were too much to keep the company afloat. HD was the largest supplier by far in the hair replacement business.
This is a relatively small industry and I know all the players personally. Hair Direct will be missed in the industry. We appreciate their contribution to making hair wearing more affordable and accessible to everyone and for educating the public on the benefits of hair wearing.
I want to assure all Toplace customers that we are in very strong financial condition and intend to stay in business for the long term. We have been in business for 15 years and look forward to another 15 years in business. Your can rely on Toplace. Our supply chain is strong and deliveries are increasing.
