Hello, all,
I've just ordered my first piece, but it isn't clear on the website which address I send my template and hair sample. Anyone know? I'm in the UK as well. I've tried calling them twice, but no answer. I know it's Sunday, but I wanted to get my template in the post first thing tomorrow. Thanks!

I think I know, but I haven't used it for a while, and I am hesitant to give you it in case it turns out to be out of date. There is a phone number in the top right hand corner of this screen - I think the safe course would be to give John a call and confirm the address.

My bad. I wasn't calling the phone number correctly, hence why I got no reply. When I did call it correctly and spoke to John he was the nicest guy in the world, very good customer service.
