both of these guys have the same level of baldness?1 wears a wig the other has a transplant?

I have heard of very few transplants that have worked out well. What you don't see in that photo is the back of the guy's head where the hair was removed and transplanted to the front. He might have thin spots back there or possibly a scarred area. Without knowing how many grafs of hair he had taken out it's just a guess what the back of his head looks like. Also, it's not uncommon for transplants to not 'take' to the new transplant area--they don't all grow in. And it's tough to find a good transplant surgeon. Just my opinion.

id go with a transplant, no ongoing cost,
i remember mentioning this to advanced h s,clinic in the uk,obviously a complete waste of time as there selling pushing there hair systems and are biased, they mention horror stories,
but then they would.a company that has a superb reputation in this area are.

Enrique is a total cutie-pie even if his hair is fake. The other gentleman is doubtless a worthy citizen but he doesn't evoke the same response I'm afraid. That's not you is it Antonio?
