Poly Perimeter helps to hide the Shine? - Carabajo - 09-29-2008

Hello
Actually i'm wearing a poly hairpiece but i'm switching to a lace unit. What i want is continue using proflex strips coz i get a better tac with it than another tape (i tried many). But the problem it's the shine of this tape..
What i want to know is if the poly perimeter helps to hide the shine of de tapes.
I'll appreciate any info about this issue . Thank you!

Yes, It would hide the shine but poly edges are visible if your density isn't thick enough. I would think if you have enough hair to be hiding the poly you would have enough to hide tape shine.... perhaps I'm wrong.

Thanks for your reply. One point that i'm switching, is coz i want use a light density (55% - 60%). So i dont think use poly on the front, but at the sides.... if possible.
