Hey you guys, first time sending in a template, do I ship it to

and is it easier to do an online order or print out an order form and send in a check?
I was reading where it would take 4-6 weeks, is that a good estimate or should I expect it to take longer? Would it be worth to have it express delivered?

Yes thats the address mate.
Ordering online would be best but sending through the mail and paying by cheque is also fine.
Allow yourself 6 weeks to get your order back.
